I didn't use the original version of this foundation so I can't say how it compares but I can say that this foundation is absolutely wonderful. It has a thinner, more watery consistency than most other foundations, so a little goes a long way. A bottle would last you forever. It blends effortlessly and creates an almost airbrushed look that leaves your complexion even and bright yet natural looking.
I use a wet makeup sponge to apply it and it takes me less than 10 minutes. Just be careful not to overdo it because it can happen easily.
It stays put all day long. My makeup looks exactly the same as it did when I applied it until I wash it off. And it comes off easily with normal cleanser and water.or micellar water/makeup remover. There's no strong smell. And it feels so incredibly light on your skin, like you're not even wearing it (as long as you don't overdo it).
You still need to use concealer because it's not full coverage but it does do a pretty decent job at hiding blemishes and marks.
I would definitely recommend trying this foundation if you can.
